Problem/Motivation

The module's config is not translatable and does not contain a proper schema.
This will result in having the button's label not translatable #3119680: Translate button text and error reporting #3190484: Missing schema from the config inspector module.

Proposed resolution

Add proper schema as proposed in #3190484: Missing schema with a small fix for the button's label to be translatable.
