Update Blazy module from 2.1 to 2.2 ( ~2.0 ) and remove applied patches

Blazy 8.x-2.2 was released 17 April 2021

and #3174661: Fix notice: undefined index ratio by check the value if not empty was committed into the release

Proposed resolution

• Change to "drupal/blazy": "~2.0" in the composer.json file.
• Remove committed patches.
