Avoid alerts for NotAcceptableHttpException for formats other than html

Using query string like format=hal_json and others become more and more popular and of course are also used in context where they shouldn't. However, this should not qualify to raise any alerts and hence we should mark them as irrelevant in danse_log, otherwise it creates annoying and later ignored alerts.
