Problem/Motivation

DrupalCon Global caused Minneapolis to be renamed to "DrupalCon Minneapolis 2020 (was planning to attend)" while a new "DrupalCon Global 2020" item was added. A similar change should be made for Barcelona => Europe or Barcelona should be renamed to Europe.

Per @drumm, this should be done with care as it would cause lots of caches to be rebuilt which could be a problem if not done carefully.

Done, and added DrupalCon North America 2021 as well.
