Steps to reproduce

Install drupal with flood_unblock 3.1.2

Error:
In InfoParserDynamic.php line 91:

The 'core_version_requirement' constraint (^8.8.4 || ^9) requires the 'core' key not be set in modules/contrib/flood_unblock/flood_unblock.info.yml

Hmmmm, didn't notice this. Sorry. This is removed in the 3.1.3 release which will be online in a few minutes.
