Problem/Motivation

A few pages in the User Guide mention IRC as the place for online chat.

This is outdated. The community now uses Slack and DrupalChat.

Proposed resolution

Change mentions of IRC to mention Slack and DrupalChat instead. See

Here's a patch, which eliminates all mentions of IRC in all files in English.

This looks fine to me. And +1 for removing content about IRC.
