Problem/Motivation

While adding support for the new IG API, the file instagram.js was removed, but media_entity_instagram.libraries.yml still refers to that file, causing "No such file" error messages to pop up.

Thanks for reporting this.

I think it was accedently removed during the rewrite. I think the reason why it was added is still valid. #2880654: Instagram loading can't be manually triggered
