Thanks for reporting the issue and the submitted patch.

Before we could commit it, could you please elaborate on the following questions:

- Can you export your webform or give exact steps how to create the form and replicate the error?
- If the suggested patch covers your use case, will it also work for webforms that do not rely on Container element?

Replicated the issue by constructing a new webform with textfields in a container element. Thanks for the patch! Committed.
