Remove [Events Log Track] module from the composer for step 2 to switch to [Admin Audit Trail] maintained module

Problem/Motivation

In first step
#3152698: Switch from [Event Log Track] to [Admin Audit Trail] maintained module
Enabled [Admin Audit Trail]
Migrated event logs data to be admin audit trail
Disabled [Events Log Track]
But did not remove event log track module from the composer
To have a smooth switch

Proposed resolution

In next candidate release for Varbase 8.8.7 and Varbase core 8.x-8.20
Removing the [Events Log Track] from the composer after it had been disabled in Varbase 8.8.6 and Varbase core 8.x-8.19
