Currently, we're providing a separate custom plugin/extension for inline @ mentions. This could technically be replaced by the one provided by CommonMark, but it doesn't support linking to internal entities (just URLs).

However, we can at least "streamline" these plugins into a single plugin so it doesn't clutter up the settings form.
