Add Automated Testing for the Varbase Styleguide module

Problem/Motivation

No unit/functional automated testing on commits or updates.

Proposed resolution

• Have a basic automated functional testing:
  • Check Varbase Style Guide on Varbase elements and Bootstrap elements
  • Check Varbase Style Guide on (VMI) View Modes Inventory - Bootstrap Ready elements for Vartheme.
  • Check Varbase Style Guide for Vartheme (Bootstrap 4 - SASS)
• Have a basic Drupal standard and practice check for the code
