In Switzerland the administrative area is called Canton. This is an existing English word.
I made a pull-request for commerceguys/addressing (https://github.com/commerceguys/addressing/issues/135).

If this get's in. It needs a new entry in the LabelHelper.

Thanks! However, the tests seem to be failing since the upstream pull request isn't in. Marking this postponed for now. When the pull request is in, and a new release of the vendor library is cut, we can meaningfully consider this.
