The Inline Form Erors module recently got a new alpha release (previous alpha was already 7! years old). We should update the version in DvG to the latest release which contains a lot of the patches we've used for this module.

This patch updates ife, with an extra patch to make 7.x-2.0-alpha3 work and removes patches which are now contained in this release.

Apparently the ife module was already updated in #3069919: minor module updates and added in the 7.x-1.13 release, but was still fixed on a commit hash.
This patch removes that hash from the DvG makefile.
