Because Mollie check accessibility of the webhook it is not possible to test Mollie Payment without overriding the webhook URL with a service like ngrok. This might not be feasible for users that are not used to working with services like that.

The webhook is optional so we might just not include it when Mollie Payment is in test mode and no webhook URL override is configured.
