The Report-URI.com handler currently sets the URL based on the policy type.
A CSP wizard tool is available, using a separate URL (https://scotthelme.co.uk/report-uri-csp-wizard/).
The handler plugin should allow enabling the wizard for the report-only policy, and use the wizard URL when the option is enabled.
