Currently the reporting options are configured globally, with two of the plugins being policy-type aware.

- The URL handler can currently only allow one URL for both report-only and enforced policies, but it should be possible to set a separate URL for each.
- The Report-URI.com handler sets the URL based on the policy type. Recently they introduced a CSP wizard (https://scotthelme.co.uk/report-uri-csp-wizard/), which could be an option to enable for either policy type (though probably only for report-only).
