It is supported since 8.0 and 7.40 Change Record: Project namespaces can now be added for module dependencies, and is now a Best Practice Define project dependencies in core module .info files).

When evaluating this module and testing the patch, I discovered that Views Infinite Scroll also require a dependencies: Filter, User, System

As Views Infinite Scroll requires Views which also require : Filter, User, System, we don't need to define them here (embeded dependencies).
