MS style line endings where used in the file src/Event/RedirectEvent.php

Please switch all CRLF to LF. Otherwise we get this git annoyance.

warning: CRLF will be replaced by LF in web/public/modules/contrib/r4032login/src/Event/RedirectEvent.php.
The file will have its original line endings in your working directory.

I fixed this as well as a lot of coding standard issues.
