What is not working? I'm unable to replicate this - the block is working fine for me.

If I place the "Action" block in the first sidebar, it is not displayed. Before the update, it worked.

I tested on simplytest.me and I have the same problem.

I cannot replicate this in a clean install - the block is present and works in a new installation. What happens when you try a different theme, like bartik core? Is the block still missing? Does re-saving the blocks page maybe fix the problem?

Ok, I managed to replicate the problem, and have added a fix.

Status: Fixed » Closed (fixed)

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.

Block "Private Message Actions" doesnt appear in any block region.
What should I do with this thing ?
