Add the patch for broken UI block placement. This patch fix the break layout but dialog core jquery is not working correct because of that block dialog height not show correct. Inline style it show max-height: 0; need to look into this.

@amietpatial You are not the right person to close this issue only mentor can do this.
Add some screen shot if this issues is not reproduces and also that step.
This is produces when theme enable as a Admin theme.
