Update page title with unread thread count

The page title (browser tab title) should be prepended with the number of unread threads when there are unread threads.

Ex:
Base Page title: Example page
User has one unread thread: (1) Example page
User has two unread threads: (2) Example page
User has no unread threads: Example page
