Good to know. For the record, it's not the SA from this year, it's for a previous one, which was less critical.

Thank you for adding that information Aron. I wonder if you have looked into whether media 1.x is vulnerable to the same type of issue as 2.18 was?

Fixed, if you're using 1.x and unable to upgrade to 2.x you should upgrade to version 1.7 or newer.

otherwise, it is recommended to upgrade or migrate to 2.x.

I just want to say THANK YOU !! I'm one of the people unable to update to the 2.x branch and this has been on my mind all weekend, very glad you got me covered! thanks!

BTW, the reason I'm unable to update to 2.x is it breaks my text editor and I tried going through the install steps on a dev copy of my site but I ran into a road block and out of time
