Hi! Thanks for this incredibly useful module!

I have updated today from beta8 to beta11, and I have noticed something unexpected.

If a link is href"node/99", all is well and the path I get is http://www.site.com/node/99.
However, if the link is href"node/99#here", the path becomes http://www.site.comnode/99#here.

According to my tests, this used to work on beta8, but doesn't work anymore with beta11.

Woah, nasty. This bug will be investigated and terminated with extreme prejudice this evening.
