Issue

If you have 100% translated file in Smartling and corresponding submission with 100% progress then it will be reset to 0% after translation downloading. It happens due to the way we calculate progress in SmartlingApiWrapper::getStatus()

Possible solution

Fix progress calculation in SmartlingApiWrapper::getStatus() method.
