fasttoggle 1.6 is not compatible with PHP 7. I want to reduce the effort of updating openatrium and eliminating all the patches that I apply for PHP 7 compatibility is one step in that process.

Two solutions are available: updating fasttoggle to 1.7 or applying patch https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/undefined_property-2721255-4.patch. I will add a patch for oa_comment to update to 1.7 but if you prefer adding a patch that's fine too.
