JSON and XML do not respect field order as set in the display settings.

Additionally we could give an option to override it by ordering it alphabetically by key (feature request).

Attached patch first uses the field weight as array key, it sorts on it and then it removes these keys. Furthermore is gives more detail on warning messages.
