Currently when the Bcc module is enabled any existing Bcc's attached to an email via rules for instance get overwritten and the email is only sent to the email address defined in the Bcc admin. This patch fixes this problem.

The patch is OK logically. I'm not sure if it matches coding standard. Furthermore it should also be created for the new 2.x branch.
