Currently we have the WYSIWYG token insert only enabled for the email text format.
We should also enable this plugin to the other text formats otherwise you get the unexpectedly not working default token browser.

This would also fixes issue like this: #2769185: Token browser can not insert tokens in WYSIWYG field
