The latest Gcweb (Canada.ca) theme has an inline-block share button via the class .btn-block

The current widget has an hardcoded .pull-right class which prevents the .btn-block class from working correctly.

Proposed change is to add the .btn-block class and remove the .pull-right class.

Users still wanting the floated-right look can add the class back via the $custom_css variable and it will override the new hardcoded .btn-block class.
