The form_id of comment form of type COMMENT_TYPE are comment_COMMENT_TYPE_form.

The honeypot configuration form construct the form id of comment forms to protect as "COMMENT_TYPE_comment_form". So only the comment form provided by default (COMMENT_TYPE is comment) is protected. Others comment forms are so not protected.
