patch to allow Pathauto alias generation for usernode author-name and author-uid

in the usernode_create_node() that builds the $node object, the 'name' and 'uid' keys are not set.

The result is that pathauto can't generate aliases for any of the node author tokens (author-uid, author-name, author-name-raw).

The attached patch fixes it for me.

(NOTE: Also requires Pathauto 5.x-2.x-dev - until Pathauto 5.x-2.2 is released, since usernode makes use of drupal_execute: see http://drupal.org/node/225554).
