In the current state of blocker, only the new classes provided in the edit form will be added to the block, but if the block has existing classes from the Block Class module, they won't be re-added.

I know there's a reason for this as you might not always want those classes to be added, but let's give the users the choice to append them or not.

Turns out, there's actually some issues when using the 7.x-1.x version of Block Class. Re-rolled to account for that.
