when you upload same image filename on different term, it will replace the existing image for the other term, it would be better if the module will generate a unique filename for the uploaded image so it will not conflict to existing one.

I have this problem when I uploaded same image filename on three terms the I deleted the last one, what happen is the image for the other term was deleted too since it is using single file.

A previous issue wanted it this way. I can see if there is some way I can know if any other terms are using the same image.
