Here's how to hide the prices from the packing slip:

  1. Edit the commerce_packing_slip_line_item_table, delete or hide the price fields.
  2. Go to Views > Settings and tick "Always show the master display".
  3. Edit the commerce_packing_slip view and delete or hide the "Commerce Order: Order total" field in the Master display field list.
