Redirect back to admin/reports/object_log instead of the general reports page after log clear

When you clear the log, you end up on the admin/reports page which is annoying in that I really want to see the log after it is cleared so that I can monitor new items. I'm going to roll a patch that makes this minor change and submits it here for your consideration.
