The (entity) edit form doesn't show the "Add Another" button when the payment form field is set to Unlimited allowed values.

Hi Matt! Thanks for reporting this problem. Can you please give some more specific instructions, such as steps to reproduce and maybe a screen shot?

We will also have to make sure this bug isn't present in 8.x-2.x first, so we might have to fix it there before we can tackle 7.x-1.x.

I created a simple content type with only the Payment Form field. So it has the default Title and Body, as well as this field. I can export to a feature, if you'd like...

Here are two screenshots, the first at Unlimited Value and the second at 10.
