A possibly dangerous feature of provision_git would fallback to the platform path if the site specific dir is not a git repo.

Darn... not there yet.

Opened #2104777: Add force_repo_path_as_toplevel option in the provision_git queue... the part for this module is committed in f507734b56867d8024a72b3f6b348eeed2af5f6d

This means this issue no longer depends on #2104677: Listen to repo_path option
