Problem/Motivation

Currently, the *.info file does not specify a version of Flag. This creates a problem with users and testbot alike as the primary version of flag is 3.x, not 2.x.

Proposed resolution

Specify the version of flag in flag_friend.info according to: https://drupal.org/node/542202
