If you have non active languages on a subdomain, and broser detection for the languages. the domain_locale_init creates an infinite loop.

I've written a patch for this.

First, thanks for sending a patch!

Make sure you have checked the box URL on the page "User interface text language detection" /admin/config/regional/language/configure.

There is a big code rewrite on version Beta1. Please test it against this version using the URL detection mode, try it also with browser language detection and let me know how it works for you. If you see anything not working properly, then re-roll your patch and share again.
