We need a drush command that has as argument the list of paths to be cleared and as options the action, the domain and the email which are used for the standard functionality.

It would be great to have a drush command for this. Unfortunately, since so much time has passed, the patch needs to be rerolled against the new dev branch and updated to remove the email field which Akamai no longer supports.
