Remove data-scald attribute from the dnd element

data-scald attribute was introduced so that there is a single element that holds all atom + legend information, makes the first step to have single token and remove the hardcoded DIV elements. However, in the transition phase, it causes a lot of trouble, makes backward compatibility difficult to keep. We should remove it in favor of the comment markup, and fix the problem properly in 1.1.
