After updating to the lastest dev version is seem to break my site. For example the vertical tabs on nodes are no longer visible or if creating a new view all the normal options to create a view are missing.

Can you provide screenshots? I can see any issues on the sites I've tested.

Seems like an issue with the Rubik theme. Please try the Adminimal administration theme http://drupal.org/project/adminimal_theme and let me know if you still have this problem.

Meanwhile i will find out why Rubik won't play nice with my menu and fix it.

Ive found the bug and fixed it. Everything is working as expected. Try the latest dev version.
