When setting the allowed sites variable to one specific site ID, the reported site is wrong. I will provide a patch to fix this issue.

Hm, now the patch doesn't work anymore. I get the following error:

Notice: Undefined index: 1 in piwik_reports_siteselect_form() (line 95 of mysite/sites/all/modules/piwik_reports/piwik_reports.pages.inc).

I can confirm the patch from #1 doesn't work on version 3.0-rc1+0-dev
