Under "Field Match" the dropdown only shows the default fields (email address, password and roles). Any field that I set up under admin/config/people/accounts/fields is not available for matching. What am I doing wrong?

I'm having the same issue and have tried everything to get custom fields to show.

Ah, scratch that message, I've just seen the 'User entity and Profile 2 fields not yet supported'. Must read stuff more thoroughly....
