Contradicting instructions in Project Page and ReadME.txt

Project Page says
Just download and enable the module.

Readme.txt says
- Download the LABjs library at http://labjs.com/download.php
- Extract to 'libraries' folder (usually at 'sites/all/libraries'), or others if
using Libraries API
- Enable this module

is a download from http://labjs.com/ needed?
The module already contains some labjs.min.js

Please just remove the INSTALL section in README.txt.
