Fix field_suppress_entity_load_unsuppressed() when the entity has already been loaded

Core resetCache() doesn't clear db cache which is the reason for this not using that function in the first place. The problem does not seem to arrise always, but calling resetCache() and clearing database seems to make sure the problem fixes itself.
