The first argument should be an array ... constant_contact.module

Basically the two screenshot will explain this error. I am on Drupal 6.23.
I have turned on the constant contact module on one of my site and assigned it to a block. When I attempt to submit a user email address it produces an error

"warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array in /home/bamuba/drupal/sites/all/modules/constant_contact/constant_contact.module on line 1022"

Any assistance would be much appreciated as I cannot find anything in relation to this on drupal.com or anywhere else on the web.
