When logged in as normal user - authored user or another role (not admin)

The links (standard and custom) is not displayed
User stats and content is displayed

Did you make sure to turn on the permissions?

Yes the permissions is turned on for those users

Ok there was an issue with the permission not being picked up. i'll be pushing an update very soon.
