What the title says.
I think this should be part of the alpha release, giving interested people an idea how far the different plugins are.
Basically something like this:
== State of Plugins/Modules ==
- Source: Content translation (tmgmt_node): Working UI and covered by tests.
- Source: I18N Sring (tmgmt_i18n_string): Basic integration working and covered by tests, no UI yet.
- Translator: Supertext (tmgmt_supertext): Unfinished and broken, use only for testing.
...
Maybe also split up source/translators into separate sub-headings and/or define a list of things (Working, Test Coverage, UI) that can be maked (maybe with a list of described keywords per category like for UI: None/Single Source/Multiple Sources) to make it as easy as possible for a new user to see what he can use/test already. Think of what kind of information you would be looking yourself.
