This is a great module, and works great for user/1, but I can't seem to get past the 'Access Denied' for any other user, even thoroughly checking that those users have editing rights to the field. (Frustrating.)

Got any suggestions for something that I'm overlooking? Thanks for your help.

To follow up on this with some more info ... I've checked that the user can also:
- Access the administrative overlay
- View the administration theme

I've tried flushing caches (twice) and rebuilding permissions. Still can't seem to get it to work for other users.

Please let me know if there's more info I could supply.

Just to add, the user also has the correct permission for contextual links
- Use contextual links

To confirm, the user definitely has editing rights, gets the contextual link, which brings to the overlay, but always receives 'Access Denied' there.

Argh. Yes, it turns out I had the access controls on the menu wrong because menu is weird.
